Paula Tursi founded Reflections Center for Conscious Living and Yoga in 2009 in New York City as “a studio dedicated to exploring all of the ways we can consciously grow as individuals and a community.” It facilitates inquiry and growth via a diverse program of yoga and movement classes, including Yin and Restorative yoga, Franklin Method, Body-Mind Centering and alignment-oriented vinyasa; intimacy education; bodywork; and other modalities.
