Anatta offers consumers a new global online marketplace for natural, organic and raw products for consumers with a unique business model that prioritizes purity, sustainability and social responsibility while allowing customers to meet and communicate directly with the farmers that grow the plants used in the products.
Anatta works with people and farms across the world to offer a variety of essential oils and floral waters. The business model eliminates overhead costs incurred in standard supply chain models and connects customers directly with farms to provide the highest quality products at affordable prices.
The New York-based business, which started operations in early 2019, is led by three experienced executives in the essential oil industry. Founders Joshua Thomerson, Victoria Dantcheva and Oscar Bueno created a business plan that blends practical, innovative solutions and gives equal priority to ecological sustainability.
“This new model makes feasible business sense, but we also felt very strongly about establishing a fair platform that invests in the future of farmers,’’ Thomerson said. “Sources are drastically shrinking and we wanted to share our firsthand experience at these various corners of the world, where growing products is a way of life that needs to be nurtured.”
Anatta pays farmers over 50 percent higher than competitors and also gives back an amount from every purchase to partnership farmers to support their livelihoods. The company’s products are grown in Australia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, China, Somaliland, Rwanda and Tasmania.
Anatta’s initial products include a variety of essential oils such as Lavender, Frankincense, Helichrysum, Peppermint, Blue Chamomile, Fennel and Lemon Ironbark as well as Rose and Lavender waters.
All products are sold online at www.anattamarket.com. The company’s business offices are in New York at 447 Broadway, Suite 204, New York, N.Y. Contact Anatta via email at email@example.com or at 374-762-1268.
